At Beauty Exchange Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation email.
Ship Item Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
